Absolutely. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

RETURNS

We want you to feel completely confident in your TOVALÉ purchase. If your ring isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund.

To be eligible, your ring must be free of damage and returned in its original packaging. Items that arrive damaged, or in an unsuitable condition cannot be refunded, as all returns are thoroughly inspected by our team.

At this time, we are unable to offer free return labels. Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us, so we strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Once your return arrives and is processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, although it often happens sooner.

Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

While return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, TOVALÉ will cover the cost of shipping any exchange items back to you.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Please note that international orders (orders outside of the UK or USA) may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not covered by TOVALÉ and are the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable fees will be determined by your local customs authority upon arrival.
